Jeff has been with the Tosetti Institute for over 10 years - both as a student and as an instructor. His love of martial arts stems from years of watching grainy UFC footage on VHS tapes in the late 90’s and indulging in Jet Li Kung Fu movies in his teens. It wasn't till 2008 where he met Paul and Melissa to start his journey into the world of mixed martial arts.
Jeff's MMA experience is rooted in San Shou, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. A student of the arts, he is constantly looking for ways to round out his combat repertoire by training Jiu Jitsu in different countries around the world such as Brazil, Indonesia and Thailand. He has competed in MMA fights, kickboxing tournaments and Jiu Jitsu competitions.
Jeff prides himself in getting the most out of his students, helping them hit their combat or fitness goals. In his day-to-day he works in the tech industry and maintains a food blog for fun.
