The Tosetti Institute of Martial Arts and Fitness is committed to fostering camaraderie, community, and wellness for its members while bettering ourselves, individually and as a club. Doing so requires an environment of trust and respect that is free of racist, sexist, homophobic, ableist, elitist, entitled, and unjust attitudes, comments, behaviors, and actions. We will not tolerate any prejudice or harassment based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender, genetic information, national origin, age, color, disability, religion, pregnancy, or any other characteristic not listed. Any violations of this policy should be immediately reported to coaches and the Board for investigation and may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.
